Oh, gods, I actually joined a community! And I'm posting! @_@

First things first: I am so very glad to have an AoSou community at last. I don't feel so tragically alone anymore. Of course, I wouldn't really be alone, because I've seen fics scattered about here and there, but I needed the community to feel loved and to find that sense of belonging.

Second things now: I'm a moron who almost never writes anything, but at least I tend to contribute to discussions, and I will probably love anyone who posts linkage or recommends/writes a good AoSou fic. (Like faerytale's fanfiction.) I worship her writing because she influenced two of my OTPs. Ahem. Yes. I'm sorry. I won't act like a terrifying stalker like that ever again. Anyway...

Now that our numbers are rising slightly (8 members wooohooo! ^^), I think I can start with a small contest. ^^ An icon contest.
Now, those of you that don't make icons are rolling your eyes and saying, "Oh great, well I can't do that."
WRONG! You can! ^^ In this contest, I accept completed icons as well as a fully described idea for an icon, including a link to the picture(s) you had in mind. Sort of like a request...but for the community. lol.

I wish someone would draw fanart; I can't find regular AoSou fanart anywhere (and there isn't much doujinshi...)
